Property Vista has identified a technical issue that impacted our email server, resulting in emails generated between March 20 and March 24 not being delivered (Lead Managing).
We have since queued all affected emails and will begin releasing them overnight on March 24, continuing into March 25, to clear the backlog. As a result, your Property Management Company (PMC) may experience a higher-than-usual volume of email notifications during this period.
Our team will closely monitor the system to ensure successful delivery and will promptly address any issues that may arise following the release of the emails.
